A new 80 million gallons per day water purification plant with over $130m project cost was led by Dominic Gbenoba, PE among other infrastructure projects such as roads and bridges that he handles as Chief Engineer, City of Houston Department of Public Works. Mr. Gbenoba adapted the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) delivery methodology as Project Manager/Chief of Operations. Upon completion, he served a dual role as the General Manager for the new plant operations as well as the Chief Engineer for the City of Houston. One of the photos above shows Engr. Dominic Gbenoba during one of his site inspection visits while the other shows him with the Board members. Several Roads and Bridges within the Houston area were completed by Engr. Gbenoba.
